Convention is just around the corner and registration has already begun. Please review the information below regarding our Hosting duties, as well as the other Convention events that we have the opportunity to attend "at will".
To register for Convention: go to http://www.pibetaphi.org/ . Select "Events" and then "Convention".

Please put these 2 dates on your Calendars:
★June 25th-Stuff the bags @ Gaylord Texan. Time TBA. We need as many McKinney Pi Phis as possible.
★June 30th-Farewell Gift Distribution @ Gaylord Texan. Time TBA. We need as many McKinney Pi Phis as possible.

June 26th-Welcome to Texas Dinner
June 27th-Legacy Lunch & Dinner by Chapter
June 28th-Recognition Lunch & Foundation Dinner
June 29th-Carnation Banquet

Daily Registration
Don’t need overnight hotel accommodations but want
to attend general sessions and/or workshops?
★★Full-time registration (Friday–Monday): $150
★★Daily registration: $60 per day
Individual Meals
Attendees who do not need overnight hotel accommodation at
the Gaylord Texan may register for individual meals
online. Please make your meal reservations early, as space
is limited and reservations will close Monday, June 1, 2009.
